Olivier Lejeune is part of the third wave of neowinemakers in Anjou, with a first vintage in 2017 from the schisty hillsides of Montbenault. His touch is delicate, as Poïèsis 2022 shows, with its subtle reduction, its almond blossom, its quince and its white-tea bitterness.
