Lusciously dry, minerality and dense stone fruit, pearskin (cooked and cooled), underripe nectarine, really fine combination of opulence and finesse. Note to self – what is “Meyer lemon zest” as per Bascaules’ notes? Overall, an impression of freshness and contained opulence. Exotic and delicious.
