White wine

Very dry with notes of hedgerow flowers in spring, honeysuckle, sappy, concentrated, great acidity, soft velvety mouthfeel with a bit of tannic heft, tropical mid palate, not excessive in any way – an exoticism mitigated by salinity, and a lovely endless length – it goes on literally for minutes. Complex, powerful wine.
