If there is a historic estate dedicated to Chenin, it is Domaine Huet. Of its three great terroirs, the Mont (with its green clay) always stands out for its exquisite balance. The very short ageing preserves the delicate aromas of tangerine and freesia, and it highlights the slender texture specific to the vintage.
