Purchased in 2017, this photogenic winery covers 40 hectares of the Valdeorras Denominacion and celebrates the virtues of Spain’s latest fashionable white varietal, Godello. The beguiling combination of altitude and yet days when it can be hotter than Andalucía bequeath a rich colour of burnished gold, concentrated, with hints of guava and peach to adorn its citric core. The unctuosity mid-palate cedes to freshness and a hint of salinity at the back; structurally Burgundian, but distinctly Galician of temperament.
