From vines planted in 1840, a mere decade after a young Queen Victoria acceded to the throne, this charming Barossa Valley Semillon is so finely detailed it could be sold on Saville Row. Elegant and fine-boned, with zesty citrus and chalky minerality, it offers a spellbinding sense of purity with an ABV of just 10.5%. Wonderful on its own, I would also pair this with roast cod on a bed of puy lentils.
