This wine has a pronounced nose of ginger, rose petal and sweet spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant with great complexity, giving white peach and floral flavours. There is generous depth and character to the wine with a mean saline streak of acidity. The mineral finish is long and delicate. Superb.
