Frank Sinatra was a famous fan of Monte Rossa and it’s clear that Ol’ Blue Eyes had great taste. Its star wine, Cabochon, is made in oak barrels before spending a minimum of 42 months ageing in its bottle, producing complex flavours of biscuit, butter, smoke, lemon rind and apricot.
