Yellow apple, quince and passion fruit aromas are sprinkled with white pepper. On the palate, stone fruit and Williams pear emerge alongside buttercups and refreshing acidity. The stunning mouthfeel is rounded off by a wonderfully clean and salty finish. Superb.
