A light and vibrant with plenty of energy. Rhubarb sherbet and creme anglaise with burnt sugars add depth. In the mouth rich blackcurrant leaves and creme brûlée appear, with a hint of red grapes and milk chocolate, which continue into the medium-long finish with some spices.
