After studying at Sant’Anna in Pisa, Josè Rallo joined the company in the 1990s and today manages more than 400 hectares (for about two million bottles), spreading the brand and company values. She is a charismatic, welcoming and joyful woman with a lot of talent and her contemporary style is expressed in a defined, slender, and elegant wine. Sul Vulcano Carricante is precise in its fruit expression, with notes of cedar and acacia; and delicious on the palate, with bright acidity and a linear body. Thanks to the bright vintage, the wine is enjoyable now with potential for ageing of four to six years.
