Wendouree Shiraz has maintained its chiselled restraint through all extreme trends. Its current vintage is another refined example with dry and savoury dark fruit, infused with perfumed spice and florals, supported by firm but fine tannins. Very rare, the tiny quantities produced are sold solely to mail order customers.
