Rosebank distillery was one of a handful of Lowland malts that took the extra step of triple-distilling its spirit. The result is a wonderfully light and delicate whisky. This 30-year-old shows bright notes of elderflowers backed with light oak spice, with flavours of lemon meringue pie, crème brûlée and nutmeg. The finish is all pear drops and light oak spices.
