Developing mouth-watering tertiary notes of balsamic, tapenade and kelp with liquorice, bay leaf and cedar spice. A long, lithe palate reveals a touch of blueberry and lashings of cassis. Ripe but present, fine-grained tannins go with the flow. Luscious.
