Very shy nose with a hint of dark fruit and linen. Then tight controlled rush of blackcurrant (cassis) on the palate, refreshing eucalypt, and suddenly it’s all there – for the moment. The tannins are restrained and it’s all fruit and sweetness, the end palate falls off slightly, but again this will come up as it matures.
