Red wine
Emiliana, Coyam 2018
RRP £24
Given the price of some Chilean icons these days, biodynamically farmed Coyam remains one of the best-value reds in the country. Based on Syrah and Carmenère, with the remaining 19% made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Malbec, Tempranillo and Mourvèdre, it’s racy and aromatic, with notes of wild herbs and sweet spices and a core of inky damson and black cherry fruit.
