Deep aromas of hay and meadow and spring flowers. Dense and fresh with bright acidity on the palate, it feels aerated, lifted, a weightlessness anchored with concentrated red berry fruit that almost 25 years later is crunchy, alive and full of flavour. The sweetness and charm of the fruit is contrasted with a wet-stone minerality that is very appealing and give the wine tremendous seriousness.
