Heady, intoxicating, nose-filling aromas of incense, rich compote fruit, and yet a sweet freshness to it, along with some green fern and brown bracken notes. On the palate, again a striking combination of rich ripeness and lifted freshness, with a deep core of intense fruit, slightly torrefied and caremelised. A touch of hot alcohol marks the finish, along with a slightly grainy texture.
