Nicely balanced in terms of freshness, more classical in style for the vintage, also with more acidity. It contains a touch more Merlot in the blend this year. Deep on the palate, with tannins present and good for ageing. Juicy mid-palate with sap too, and a red fruit lift on the long finish.
