An ethereal nose has elements of herbal savour and slight smoke. This is more about stone than about fruit with its vivid, bright slenderness and fine-boned concentration. redcurrant yields to savoriness. This is taut and absolutely elegant. In effect, this is made from the barrels that do not make it into the Schlossberg GG, so really a declassified GG.
