Of the five white Burgundy wines on show at the tasting, this was my pick from the day, up against more prestigious appellations at higher prices. Youthful and tight on the nose, restrained and elegant with notes of honey and mineral. Pleasing intensity on the palate, crisp and honeyed. Focused and mouthwatering with a long biscuity finish.
