A red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (77%) and Vranec (23%) from completely organic vineyards around Kavadarci in the Tikvešdistrict. An impressively fresh wine with plenty of plum, black currant and black cherry flavours and round, ripe tannins. Balanced, youthful acidity. Spontaneously fermented via wild yeasts; no filtration; no fining, and no sulphites – this is as natural as it gets. And deliciously so.
