Housed in a charming box that depicts the pattern of the constellation on the day this whisky was distilled (10 October 1977), this Lowland single malt was matured in American oak casks before a three-month finish in oloroso sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a rich nose of summer fruits and flowers in bloom. There are flavours of royal jelly and deep oak spices on the palate, and the finish shows off great age, with a hint of dry spice and lots more fruit.
