This is an astonishingly mineral wine from the local Begleri grape – which originated in Syria – and probably the most moreish white I’ve had in ages. Full on apple and pear flavours on the nose and palate, unfiltered so cloudy, and very low acidity. Tiny quantities. Organic. My favourite of these Greek Islands wines.
