Independent bottler Lady of the Glen finished this Speyside whisky in a Marsala cask from Marsal Botti on Sicily. Its pale gold colour bellies its intense spun sugar, grain, and honey aromas. On the palate, it’s the sweet flavours that come to the fore, with delicious lemon drizzle cake, vanilla ice cream, and raisin.
