A wholly new single-vineyard Champagne from a blanc de noirs specialist. The La Rémissonne plot, which lies adjacent to Clos des Goisses in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, yields a wine packed with character. A big Pinot with a nose full of ripe fruit. The hints of oak and liquorice are particularly charming, while its bold and mouth-filling palate allows for a beautiful acidity to shine through. Very dry, structured and dense, this is a fine addition to the Philipponnat range.
