Light gold, with amber hues. Lovely spicy herbal nose: wild sage and rosemary, dried chamomile flowers, anise and coriander seed, bay leaf and menthol. The mouth entry is rich and syrupy sweet, with a great concentration of complex flavours. Medium-bodied, with a fine, sweet herbal finish. Great style.
