Named in honour of the 19^th century inspector-general of Cape vineyards, this is a Chenin for those who like a good dollop of oak in their wines. Fermented in barrel, with extended lees contact, the tropical, creamy fruit is countered by a nice spicy touch leading to a harmonious, balanced wine.
