From the blending bench of one of Japan’s most prominent craft distillers, Ichiro Akuto, this whisky is a vatting of single malt from the Hanyu distillery, built by Akuto’s grandfather and long since closed down, and single malt from Chichibu, the distillery built by Akuto-san back in 2007. Nutty, with rich honeyed notes.
