Very pure Chardonnay nose, bright and creamy with hint of oak. Concentrated palate with fresh yellow fruit, very fine texture, incredibly focussed acidity. The end is elegant and delicate and persistent – it doesn’t fall off but recedes gently for a full 30 seconds.
