Sweet vanilla peat, toasted marshmallows and heather honey aromas give way to liquorice, wholemeal toast and spiced cooking apple. The peaty palate has hints of cinnamon and nutmeg with some vanilla too. A spicy, nutmeg-loaded finish is long and lingering and warming.
