scotch whisky Whisky
Gordon and MacPhail, Glenlivet 1978 40 Year Old
From one of Scotland best known distilleries and one of the first to be licenced in 1824, this whisky has a subtle nose of caramel and potpourri. A little oak also shows on the nose in the form of pencil box aromas. On the palate there are spices and sweet vanilla with a tannic structure which is dry.
