Delicate, cereal-focused nose with supporting aromas of toast, leather and black tea. The palate is elegant with a sweet potato character peppered with fresh citrus notes. A bright, flavoursome finish of lychee, melon and elderflower. Fantastic complexity runs throughout this fine example and the balance between umami, acidity and sweetness is exemplary.
