Delamain, Pale & Dry XO

Delamain is a house that plays on the lighter side of Cognac. It shows off the more floral and fruity side of the Grande Champagne region, where oak gently kisses the grape spirit. No sugar or colouring is added. The result, in the Pale & Dry XO, is a Cognac that has fresh figs and peach Melba notes, with creamy marzipan and a lovely, lengthy, floral note of elderflower and jasmine on the palate. The finish is nuanced, refined and elegant.
