Apricots and toasted almonds on the nose, with just a hint of wet sand and some light vanilla notes. White grape juice comes through, along with a delicate note of fresh oak, and light new leather. The palate has white chocolate, toasted sunflower seeds, some basil and a hint of lemongrass. There is also pink grapefruit and a note of fennel. The finish has some salty capers, lemon juice and vanilla.
