Banana custard, with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, on the nose. This develops into passion fruit, marzipan, tonka bean, and runny honey. The palate has vanilla marshmallow, green apples, gooseberry fool, and some lime zest. The finish gives the zing of lime, some star anise and a hint of white pepper.
