Franck Balthazar, Chaillot  2016

RRP £55-60

Rosemary and menthol lift, surely some stalks in play. Not the most full-bodied, but deeply fruity and fresh. Tannins are precise and saline, long, focussed finish. The energy and texture of traditional Cornas, with real freshness and definition.
