Oily, colourless, and smells of, well, apples: Waxy McIntosh’s, earthy brown russets, and sweet and sour pink ladies. On the palate it shows almond milk, cherry stones, agave syrup, rose petals, cedar spice, and little bits of cardamom and star anise. There’s also apple sauce, apple crisps, apple blossoms, apple pie, and that good dry cider they serve with crepes in parts of France.
