Red wine

Inglenook, Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Very delicate nose giving a first wonderful impression of exotic, spiced perfume. Quite robust on the palate though moving to fineness and finishing with very good blackcurrant-scented delicate fruit. Bascaules calls the nose ‘garrigue’, and you can savour that hot mix of sage and herb; the palate still green and sappy.
