Lustau’s own sherries provide the base for this smoky, almost chewy red vermouth, which has masses of figgy dried fruit notes and a nutty finish. Orange peels give it freshness, wormwood, gentian and sage provide the all-important bitterness. Good for sipping or in a Negroni.
