Peat smoke, TCP, and brown sugar on the nose – surprisingly subtle, considering the mix of sherry, bourbon, virgin oak and madeira wine casks used during maturation. Deliciously textured, with chewy yet well integrated wood tannins, plus flavours of sweet vanilla, dried fruit, demerara sugar, and black pepper heat.
