Beam Suntory (ex Morrison Bowmore/Laphroig), Bowmore 15YO

Seaside bonfire, gentle peat smoke and something oily reminiscent of an old ship’s engine room. Great deal of tropical fruit and citrus in the background and it benefits from a drop of water to get the fruity part a bit more into the background. It is a true class act with excellent flavour definition and huge complexity.
