An exceptional spirit from Serbia that shows how floral and complex well-made marc can be. This example is exceedingly fruity on the nose, with elderflower, green apples and some hints of vanilla. The palate follows in the footstep of the aromas, with rounded flavours of juicy strawberries, pineapple, fresh apricots, zesty mandarins and fragrant moscato grapes. The finish is generously long and floral; it just keeps on giving. Magical.
