Nose: Delicate wood smoke backed with tropical fruits (think griddled pineapple), blackcurrant leaves, vanilla and lychee. Fruit and smoke are the order of the day here.

Palate: Toffee and smoke at first, which develops into a sweeter smoke with hints of heather honey and bold notes of oak spice.

Finish: Royal jelly gives way to toffee apples and rich wood smoke.
