Shining a gastronomic light on family farming and raising heritage-breed animals, the event will see more than 30 prominent chefs who specialise in whole animal and sustainable fish cookery, roasting an array of responsibly-raised meats, from whole lambs to goats, pigs and ducks, over hand-built live fires by the Narragansett Bay waterfront on Goat Island. Joined by farmers, sommeliers and distillers, the unique and educational experience will also showcase an array of artisan cheeses and charcuterie accompanied by free-flowing boutique wines from around the globe.
