Over the course of the weekend more than 10,000 attendees, both tourists and locals, can explore a range of culinary delights from more than 250 chefs showcasing the regional flavours and favourites from across 13 southern states. Attendees can attend expertly-led cooking classes, watch professional demonstrations and participate in unique tasting experiences as well as curated dinners and the ultimate Sunday Brunch.
